Shipping policy
Customs and VAT fees are not included in shipping.
All orders are final.
If a package is returned due to unpaid import charges or the wrong address, we cannot offer returns - however, a refund (not including shipping fees) will be admitted.
All orders (except stickers) , both UK and international, will have a Royal Mail tracking number confirmation sent to your assigned email. For UK orders, please allow 5-10 working days. For international orders, please allow 10-20 working days.
